Food Pillars

We are established on the philosophy that the most healthful and healing foods are those that are:
  • Nutrient dense
  • Properly prepared
  • Whole
These categories include food that is natural, locally grown; in season; activated (soaked, sprouted, cultured, fermented or marinated); and grass-fed, pastured, or wild-caught.

We advocate the abundant use of vegetables, fruits, legumes, seeds and grains, and believe in the  prudent consumption of meat and dairy.

It is our conviction that returning to a traditional, unprocessed food supply will facilitate the restoration of health in most cases of chronic illness.
